Default I need help with =SUMIFS

In E21 is my SUMIFS But it stays like this

=SUMIFS($D$74:$D$958,$C$74:$C$958,C$21,$E$74:$E$95 8,$G41)

Should Look Like This
=SUMIFS(Expenses[Amount],Expenses[Category],I$40,Expenses[Month],$G41)

and in E39 to E41
Should be =MONTH([@Date]) That will Show the Month 1... At A39 to A41
But I cant get it to Cal...

Dose anyone Know what I need to Do or How I need to Inbed this..
I did this for 2012 Bills But Cant Remmber what I did to make it work...
