A graph questİon from excel

Hi everybody.



There is a job i have to do but i confused.

i wrote on photoshop what i want to do.

But the number and the other things are turkish on the graph.i will write

Burs= Scholarship
Bölüm=Department
Oranı=Average
Kontenjan= Quota

how can i do that.

for example

when 20 people join the department out of 50,it will write %40 on the graph.

can you give me an example?
