Help with excel formula

Hi I need to make a spreadsheet with the following inputs.

1-Volume -%
2-Volume target -%
3-Profit -£
4-Profit target -£
5-Contract - 1/0

If 1-Volume is greater than or equal to 2-Volume Target AND 3-Profit is greater than or equal to 4-Profit Target OUTPUT 3-Profit MINUS 4-Profit target MULTIPLIED by 0.4

If both of them are not 100% or more then it's 10% (*.1) unless 5-Contract =1, then it's (*.2)
