How to mail merge information in PPT 2010
I make test banks in EXCEL for my assessments and then I load them into a world document so they appear as individual exam questions with four to five multiple choice answers. What I would like to do is apply the same principle to individual PPT slides so that each slide appears as one question on a screen and the students can fill out their answer document without worrying about printing extra test question forms. Green education.
How can I do this in excel so that sections of the text area of a slide in title and content layout would have the information in merge fields Sample question 1.
