Default Format as table-> with 2 row header?

I'm doubting it, but is it possible to do a format as table, when there are 2 rows that is the header.

I've experimented with things, but haven't been successful.

I'm assuming you're referring to the 'rows to repeat at top' function. In that case, simply specify the row numbers (eg $1:$2 to include rows 1 & 2).

Actually, no. I was referring to "Format as table", and there is a check box "My table has headers". There is no way when doing this to specify more than 1 row.

In that case, no.
