Weird data changes

Hello !

I got a weird problem with excel.
When i save a file then opening it again, some data have changed.
Like this (i just have blured names with photoshop)



I have checked the integrity of the office installation.


I've check the integrity of the RAM and HDD
Also have checked for any spyware/malware/virus

Someone got an idea ??
