Default Change formula cell range based on cell value

Is there a way to control a formula cell range for a chart based on a cell value?

Hello,
could you please elaborate ? Perhaps post a small sample sheet showing what you want to achieve ?

Want to generate title comments based on results of a pivot table, Since the range would change based on the data results I would need to have the cell that I am using to create the comments be able to change based on the range result of the pivot table.

Exclamation Msg. for Pecoflyer-Excel formula help

Pecoflyer:

Y'day you helped me with a formula for replacing contents of a cell. Thanks a ton for that.

I had a very small addition to it.

In the attached spreadsheet please note the rows 16 & 17 (columns B & E- which is the data) and column F which I need using the formula.

Thanks again
