Default Un even cells

I have over 5,000 cells in one column with hundreds of words in each cell. When I go to print mode I have a couple of hundred that cuts off a half line so when I print it out I can't read it because only half of the top of the line is there so I did a "Format - Auto Row Height" which didn't help. When I was doing these cells and when the Auto Row Height didn't work I had to adjust the lines manually. Does anyone know how I can fix this mess?

Hi
This is because excel is not designed to be used as a database. you can put as much data as you like in a cell but it will only print a certain amount.
You cannot alter it.
Why are you using Excel for the storage of this data.
Hope this helps.

This is a Diary and have been using Excel for 20 years. I never tried to print it out. I have color and fonts coding for over 100,000 words. Colume A is the Date, Colume B is the Day of the Week and Colume C is Data which has it's limits, so you can not put as much data as you like in cell. Do you recommend changing from Excel to something else?

Hi
I am happy to make suggestions as to what you could use but would need to understand what is in your spreadsheet and how you use it. Are you able to post a sample and I would be happy to have a look and suggest a potential solution for you.

It's quite simple. Column A & B speaks for them self. Column C has 5,000 cells going from line 1 to line 5,000 and in each cell are about 1-2 hundred words. In each of the C cells have at least 3 colors in the sentence or words and 3 sizes of fronts on sentence or words to stress the importance and meaning in order to look at a glance to see what I might be looking for. Now this is a personal Diary which I won't be doing screen shots of but if you understand excel its very simple.

Hi
Have you considered using a MS Word Table where you wont have restrictions on how much data in a cell and it will print all the contents of the cell?
Good luck.
