It's quite simple. Column A & B speaks for them self. Column C has 5,000 cells going from line 1 to line 5,000 and in each cell are about 1-2 hundred words. In each of the C cells have at least 3 colors in the sentence or words and 3 sizes of fronts on sentence or words to stress the importance and meaning in order to look at a glance to see what I might be looking for. Now this is a personal Diary which I won't be doing screen shots of but if you understand excel its very simple.
