Hi Steve,

If you're a very basic Excel user then it's probably better to avoid implementing your own macros for now. To do this manually you can add an autofilter to the sheet, filter column H by the value "N", select and delete the visible rows and then remove the autofilter. Once you've got the hang of doing that, it's a 5 second job.
