Default Ranking with multiple criteria

I want to rank my file by email. I am using column C,D,A. Request the ranking in column E

For example:
First: I want to rank by the email not by the entire file.
Second: I sort by by call date and time. If the call date& time is the same then I would go to column A.

Attached is a sample rank with multiple criteria.
