Default How-TO format cells (FILL) by comparing cells

Hi,

I need some help. I have 2 columns : sales of 2011 and sales of 2012..

I want to find HOW to Format the cells by comparing lets say A2 to B2. If A2>B2 then Fill the cell with Green and the text with Red color.



how is that possible?
