Default Frequency of a name

Hi All,

I have this data as shown below:



I want the top users in a week for example - Bob Jones, Michael Guiness, David Jenkins. I have a lot of data and scrolling up and down to see the largest "count" would be difficult as the count numbers can range from 1 - 11 (or more)

Also, since I have a lot of data is it possible to see if a customer is present every week?

Use a seperate worksheet to recreate the list of names in Column B, then insert this formula in Column A. It will look back to sheet 1 and count the occurances of that name in your column H.
=COUNTIF(Sheet1!H2:H1260,"Bob Jones")
