[HOWTO] -Make Random selection in Excel

Hi Fellow Users,

I need some help. I want to create rotating random selections(teams) in excel

Lets say I have a total of 20 cells with data (in this case names) and I need a formula that will divide them in 5 teams (rows) of 4 persons.

What is the function I need to use so I will get random rotations without any name appearing twice?
