Default possible formula instead of marco or VB?

I have 2 spreadsheets and want to compare values to a predetermined number and then copy certain cells into another worksheet. I do not know which formula to use to get this accomplished the easiest way.
Example:
I have 41 groups that are broken down into 23 cells per group. Group A has 23 rows of info, group B has 23 rows of info and so on. I want to match the input of a cell that will be A, B C etc to one of the groups and then check to see if each cell in that group is full. If there is a blank, I need to copy extra info from the input row to the 2nd spread sheet in that group. Does this make sense?

Can anyone help?
Devin

Hi Devin,

Formulae can only fill the cells they're in - not another cell. So, unless you put an appropriate formula in each of your blank cells, you'll not be able to achieve your goal without vba.
