Default PivotTable

The 1st tab of the attached tab is the data source, 2nd tab is PivotTable listing the Dept names under each Admin Area then the products # belong to each Dept. My objective is to prevent the users of redesign this PivotTable. They can build new PivotTables but not to change the original one.

To do that, I have protected the sheet in the 2nd tab (password=test) where if they right click any filed, they cannot see the filed list. However, a new undesired issue has appeared which that they cannot see the details of each product once they click it.

In the unprotected tab (3rd tab), a new sheet will be automatically created once you click any product No. to show you details belong to this product. How can keep both; protected sheet (or workbook) and allow the user to see details of any product once they click it?

I appreciate your support. Thank you.
