Default Print Excel data as reciepts?

I want to use an excel spreadsheet to print reciepts on my clients reciept paper. In order to do this I need to be able to have the fields move where I need them, and for it to print 3 receipts per page. I also need to be able to print them all in one go. Is there something that can help me do this, or do I have to seek out a third party program?

Hi halix,

That sounds rather like a simple matter of setting up an output worksheet formatted so that it replicates the data three times on the same page. However, without knowing more about your workbook structure, it's difficult to give firm advice.

To clarify: I don't want the same receipt 3 times printed on same page, I want 3 different receipts per page.
Data is in this format:
FName|Lname|Address1|Address2|City|State|Zip|Phone |Amount|Salesperson|PTime

Edit: This is for a call center I am doing some work for. They print up receipts at the end of the day to be sent to the customers.
Edit2: Also note this is actually a pipe delimited txt file. all orders are on one list/workbook.

Hi halix,

In that case, if it's a bulk production, using Word for a label mailmerge is probably the simplest way to go. Word can use your workbook as the mailmerge data source.
