I would like to get the last elective exam date per each student (cell in orange). I got stuck in the INDEX LARGE IF array formula and would like some help. Please see the attachment. Thanks!

Indeed. Busy work has kept me working out your formula from time to time. Up till now I'm still stuck at how MMULT works. That sounds overwhelming to me.
