What version of Office are you using?
I just copied a tabel from Excel, and Pasted it into Word, and it was a perfect copy (with no spaces). In fact I didn't have the option to Paste ---link and keep formatting as you suggested. I didn't even have the "Paste Special" option available; simply Paste. Using Office 2007. Gary |
