i get distinct word with this forumula
i have 30,000 rows with below forumula taking lot of time with draging to all cell
{=INDEX(List,MATCH(0,COUNTIF($b$1:b1,List),0))}

Array formulae spanning 30,000 rows require a lot of processing power. I suspect it's spanning more than one column, too, which only increases the processing requirements.

Excel's built-in Advanced Filter can extract a list of distinct values very efficiently. I recommend that you adjust your workbook so it uses that instead.
