Default How to obtain the column C from column A and B?

How to obtain the column “C” from column “A” and “B”?
I couldn’t write a formula to obtain a new column that sticks the values of the two columns (A and B) but separated by a comma as shown in the attached screenshot.

Which formula should I write in column “C” to obtain the values of the column A and the column B separated by a comma

Thank you for the help
Regards
Jamal
