- I would determine if they are seeing the "Full Screen" -- Ask them to click Escape to take them out of Full Screen should they be in this
To see what I mean, you can see this on your screen: View, Workbook Views (to the left), Full Screen (which "esc" gets you out)
- Failing this, next what do they see when they go to Excel's Options, Custom Ribbon and work from there
They should see on the right a table listed as "Main Tabs" and below a listing of the various Tabs, such as Home, Insert, etc.
Depending on the we can from these points
