Question Is this kind of grouping possible in Excel?

Is this kind of grouping possible in Excel?



I wanted to group the values of Field2, Field3 and Field4 (the values to be separated by commas) depending on the values of Field1 as shown in attached screenshot.


Is that possible in excel? The file is attached.
