Question Ecel 2007 Condition Formatting

Hi,
I'm going crazy!! Help appreciated.

......A.......B
1 1201 Done
2 1201 Done
3 1202 Done
4 1203
5 1204

6 1204 Done
7 1204 Done
8 1204

Require condition in Column B for each Row (Example below for Cell B4):
1) Is B4 Blank (True)
2) Is B4<A4 (True)
4) Is B4="Done" (False)
5) Is B4=A4 (False)

If points 1 to 5 are in play then colour change to red.
If any points are not in play then colour not to change.

rgds,
Corca!!!
