Default Help with secondary axis on chart

I am trying to create a clustered column chart to show a Total # of Sneakers along the X-axis, and on the opposite side of the chart, the percentage of that Inventory that need shoelaces --- and to have that data show as a line on the column. In other words, if I have 100 pairs of sneakers and 25 of them need shoelaces, I would like to see the column show 100, and then a dot at the 25% point (with percentages showing on the right side). The next month, the numbers would be 110 total inventory, 40 need shoelaces, and a dot at 36% (really a line that connects the percentages from month to month). I’m not getting the results I want. Can someone please help?
