XLStart?

I'm working through instructions to recreate an Excel startup file http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...005199391.aspx



I had created this file previously and somehow it got eaten.

I need to clarify the first step in the process--locating the XLStart folder.

I have 2 folder locations:

C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLST ART

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART

I'm assuming one folder should be deleted so there's no application confusion as to where Excel should look. Equally important I wouldn't think I should have two folder paths.
