Default Conditional formatting

Hi all,

how do i apply conditional formatting where i want to highlight and compare numerical value between 2 cells

so lets say we have a table and we have the values in B2 =3 and C2= 2
How should i put a rule that will highlight the cell in that row (or column) with the highest (or lowest) value.

How is that achieved?
