Adding a goal line to a chart

Does anyone know how to add a goal line to a chart in excel 2007. Example would be: if your goal to cange something is 6 minutes you would want a line acroos the chart at 6 minutes as your other data goes up and down.

This can be done with a combination chart. I found this link when I searched Excel 2007 help:
