Cell format not staying
I have noticed this problem in every version of Excel.
Format a cell as Text then later you decide you want the cell to be General and you change it. Enter a formula in the cell, Excel still treats it like a Text formatted cell. Press F2 and press enter and the formula calculates. Press F2 again and Excel changes the format back to Text. Anyone know how to fix this?
