in the excel cell iam trying type 5-43 it is comming 15827. how i get 5-43 instead of 15837?



if i convert 15827 in custom m-yy it is going to 5-43. my question is '-' not replacing by . ? i want 5-43 to 5.43.

Why don't you use as custom format m.yy, it will show 5.43...
