Default Question on using solver

I have a spreadsheet that uses moving average crossovers to buy/sell stocks and I'm trying to use solve to determine the best moving average value. All I want is a simple test to have it run through variables from 100-300 for the long term moving average cell, but I can't get it to work. I put in a value that I know is not optimum and then run solver and it doesn't change the value. I have the options set so the cell has constraints of an integer, value >= 100, and value <= 300. Seems real straight forward but can't get it to work, any ideas?
