Default Detatch table from worksheet?

I never thought of doing this before and not sure how to ask but, is there a way to take a table in Excel and place it on your desktop as like a picture that is linked to the table? I have a table that shows the open and close times of the major stock exchanges around the world that I convert into eastern standard time as well as show the current time for them in their time zones and it would be nice to be able to have it on the desktop without having to have Excel open. If someone could just point me in the right direction if it is possible to do it. I've tried to find something on it but not sure what to even look for.
