Default Type Mismatch in User Form Initialization

Hi everyone, I've been working on creating a User Form for payroll with help from Copilot, but I've been stuck on a type mismatch error for three days without a solution. Can anyone else assist? My VBA knowledge is limited to Google searches, cutting and pasting, and macro recording. I've attached a sample file for reference.
Thank you.
My bhad. When I ran the User Form code with a lesser data that I attached here, there was no error. Going back to the real data, there were N/A in it that had caused the type mismatch error. I could now move on to the next.

File Type: xlsm PayrollSample1.xlsm (153.7 KB, 1 views)
