Default Extract matched values from a query list to new sheet or column

Hi.. I have a spreadsheet with a large amount of data that I would like to be able to query or run a script that would use another "list" as it's query source and if any matches are found output the finds to another sheet or another column in that sheet. Hopefully this made since, but there could have been an easier way to explain it. Thanks for any help!

Hopefully I did this right.. the source sheet contains the serial numbers I'm querying and the Query sheet contains the serial numbers I'm looking for. Thank you.
