I have created a workbook (call it "FINAL") where each sheet references sheets from other workbooks (I did this by making a copy of the original sheet over to "FINAL" to get the proper layout, then used the simple formula of typing = in "FINAL" then dragging over the data in the original sheet). This makes it so whenever edits are made in the original sheets, it updates "FINAL". However, I cannot get "FINAL" to mimic color fills.
How do I get Sheet 1 in my "FINAL" workbook to change the fill in its referenced cells whenever the original workbook fills a cell with color? I believe I need VBA code, but I only know how to use this within the same workbook. |
