Question Help me set specific formulaic rules to conditionally format cells

I need help. I am a fairly new user to Excel but have increased my proficiency in a short time.

I have a spreadsheet where I have a column (call it column C) dedicated to the date a work order was received, and I want to highlight empty columns in the cell next to it when more than 5 days has passed since the date in column C.

How do I set the rule and formula for this? Thank you!
