Code:
=COUNTIFS($K$2:$K$10,"",$B$2:$B$10,B2)=0
and copy down.
This assumes that a blank column K (DT_Cessazione) means that person is still employed.
This results in True/False. You can use this formula in conditional formatting and in whatever you mean by 'Extraction' or 'extrapolate'.
