Question Select row based on cell value

Hello MSO Forums! First time poster here (Just created an account just now). My question is this. Is there a way to select a row based on the value in a cell?

Cell A1's value is 105
So I want to have row 105 selected

Is there a way to do this? I'd like resources and/or hints instead of the complete answer. Thanks in advance!

I'd suggest you look into the Worksheet_Change event to execute something like
rows(target.value).select
