Macro to email username
Hi Is it possible to run a macro that would email the print area in "letter" tab to all pupils listed in the second ab to the parent emails field? Thanks in advance |

Have a look at this - i have used it multiple times in the past
Mail Range/Selection in the body of the mail you basically save the letter page as a temp HTML doc then send it out. you will need to loop through all the email address and possibly the letter if it is unique to each pupil |

It might be simpler and would certainly produce better presented results if you created the merge document in Word and use mail merge to e-mail. To that end see E-Mail Merge Add-in which will allow to merge to the body of the message, or to an attachment in Word or PDF format.
