Default Macro to email username

Hi

Is it possible to run a macro that would email the print area in "letter" tab to all pupils listed in the second ab to the parent emails field?

Thanks in advance

Have a look at this - i have used it multiple times in the past

Mail Range/Selection in the body of the mail

you basically save the letter page as a temp HTML doc then send it out. you will need to loop through all the email address and possibly the letter if it is unique to each pupil

It might be simpler and would certainly produce better presented results if you created the merge document in Word and use mail merge to e-mail. To that end see E-Mail Merge Add-in which will allow to merge to the body of the message, or to an attachment in Word or PDF format.
