Conditional Formatting
Hi
I want to start formatting on the first short date in the column and repeat each 5th day see example * dates marked yellow background 08-Nov* 09-Nov 10-Nov 11-Nov 12-Nov 13-Nov* 14-Nov 15-Nov 16-Nov 17-Nov 18-Nov* 19-Nov 20-Nov 21-Nov 22-Nov 23-Nov* If I use the following formula the return is partly correct but I cannot get it to start on the nominated date Code:
=MOD(B1,5)= 1 |

I'm not sure what you mean; it might help if you use actual sentences in that first line, with occasional punctuation. And what do you mean by "short date"?

Adjust the solution offered at https://www.msofficeforums.com/145332-post4.html by changing the 6 to a 5.
