with different area of blocks, can we arrange automatically in a big rectangle area, Optimally

I have different Lengths in columns (F, J and K). respected widths also mentioned.



we have a big rectangle are that is 3000*1000,

can we automatically arrange those small areas into this big rectangular area.

Goal is to maximum utilization of big rectangular area with minimum left out area.

Lengths are fixed but. quantity of areas is variable.
