A small charity that I assist has recently changed its banking arrangements. When they download a file from the Bank's website containing all the payees that they have entered into the Bank's online system it appears as a list containing 'pictures' of the payees' names and the sort code & account number. This isn't really usable to integrate with the Charity's other files.

Is there a simple way for the data in this downloaded file to be converted so that the data is actually contained in each of the cells?

When I tried to edit a sample to attach to this question (in order to anonymise the details) it wouldn't let me until I agreed to convert it 'to a Microsoft drawing object'. Don't know whether this will have confused your ability to assist but I am attaching a sample file which I have converted and I have also pasted a copy of the message that I got and said 'yes' to.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I suggest you have someone download the list as text rather than as images. If that can't be done online, a branch should be able to arrange for such a list to provided electronically.

I had expressed some surprise at the difficulty they had in getting data downloaded from the Bank website. I'll press them to explore this further either online or direct with the Bank. I myself don't have direct access to the online account.
