Default Need a formula to return data from second tab to first tab.

I have a spreadsheet with two tabs, once called data and one called breakdown. Please see attached spreadsheet. I need to have a function to bring back the relevant information to each cell from the data tab to the breakdown section of the spreadsheet. Please can someone help me?

i.e., on breakdown tab i need to completed cell B2, matching project site governance workflow id on both tabs, and returning the the debtor "comments" field - Cardiac Imaging Research South Australia Limited.

Hope this makes sense, and my apologies if it doesn't. This is my first time of posting.
