Default Bottom border on every page break

Hi there, I prepare an average of 13 financial reports every month. Some of the reports consist of several pages. These reports are presented in a four column format, each column is banded with a top, left and right border. Before I print a report, I add a bottom border that connects the left and right borders in every page break. When a row is filtered in or filtered out, I must delete the initial bottom border and draw another one at each of the adjusted page break. My brain usually goes on shutdown from the tedium of manually typing a border. I am sure that a macro can perform this task but my knowledge of macro is next to nothing. Please help. A sample format is attached. The macro should run on selected sheets only. Thank you.
