Default Simple copy question

I am working in a spreadsheet where I use the "end" "down" buttons to move to the next cell containing data. I then wish to copy that cell and a single cell below it to a specific location. How do I create the copy range in a macro to automate this repetitive process? I think it is something very simple I just can't remember.
