Exclamation Fuzzy Match Excel 2010

Hi everyone,

I have a table the I need to look for duplicates/possible duplicates in one Column (B). I have two issues that I am running into. One is that its 83,000+ rows and I need to differentiate between Capitalization Duplicates and Spelling Duplicates. The other is that the data I am going through has things that look very similar, but are not the same. (i.e. 276 and 270, or Tanks for Him and Tanks for Her)

To be more specific with what I was tasked with: I was given a list of names (83,000+) and my job is to find any possible duplicates whether that be in the form of Capitalization errors, or spelling errors.

What I am trying to do is figure out a module that can identify these duplicates and place an X next to capitalization duplicates and an O next to spelling Duplicates. The names are in Column B and I wanted the X/O in Column A

Is there a code or something I can do that will looks for capitalization and spelling and differentiate between the two different things? Or is this Two codes I need to layer on? Any ideas or advice is welcome.

Thank you for your help
