Displaying Data from rows in fewer Colomns

I need to change the structure of a table from this one

A1 B1 1 2 3

A2 B2 1 2 3



to the following structure:

A1 1 2 3

A1 1 2 3

A1 1 2 3

A2 1 2 3
A2 1 2 3
...
