CrossTable Referencing To List
I apologize in advance if I'm not explaining correctly.
I have this table of equipment, the blacked out portions are the names of people whom are assigned certain items. They can only have 1 time, however what items they get are a bit random. stuff2.png Can i somehow generate a list automatically from this table so it looks like this? This list was handmade through a lot of copy and pasting. stuff3.png |

I'd suggest replacing the names with person1, person2, etc. and posting the worksheets rather than pictures.

I believe the macro in the attached does what you're after although the results don't match your handmade results.
Sheet "Mal (2)" is the handmade results with the differences highlighted. I'll leave it to you to check into these. |

No need for code! Look at updated workbook in attachment!
Update: Btw, you can use tMal as list of persons. I.e. instead of separate table tPersons on sheet Persons, you can define name lPersons = tMal[Paratrooper], and remove data validation from column Paratrooper. |
