Default How to Move & Consolidate Data

Good Morning All!

I could really use some Excel help...this one is far beyond my knowledge base. I have a workbook with multiple worksheets, two worksheets contain an excel table, Sales worksheet and SRwork worksheet: the table column headings in the se worksheets are the same with the exception that the Sales worksheet has an "Invoice Number" column heading and the SRwork worksheet has a "Service Request" column heading.

I would like to be able to, at week close, automatically move any new entries on BOTH tables to the "Combined" worksheet" and then automatically update the Pivot table generated from the Combined worksheet. The challenge is that multiple people will add data to these tables during the week and I have no idea how many entries my people will make.

Currently, at week end, I am copying and pasting each whole table from the Invoice and SRwork worksheets into the Combined worksheet, then creating a pivot table from that data (Combined worksheet)

I know there has got to be some formula that would move the data entered in each worksheet that week into the next blank row of the "Combined" worksheet. I believe just a click could automatically update the Pivot table. Cell references don't work for obvious reasons. I cannot determine how to apply an "if" or condition to the workbook sheets to get this to work. A macro even failed. I have spent HOURS on this detail. Please, can you help me solve his dilemma?

Thanks, sample workbook attached.

Much appreciated. Really.

Meggen

Try this....

Two things happening here.

VBA code behind the "Combined" sheet to transfer info from the other two tabs when you click on the sheet and when you click on the PT sheet, it will auto refresh thru the code.
